  1. I don’t know about best foods, but it’s important to eat a balanced diet with lots of fruit and vegies and protein. We need vitamins and minerals, and your brain needs these too! So it’s important to eat a range of healthy foods! 🙂

  2. I agree with Emma — there’s lots of different things we need, protein, carbs, vitamins etc. But drinking lots of water is really important too!
