I think I had a pretty good childhood! I grew up in Saudi Arabia, so it was quite interesting!! Lots of sand and camels! 😀

I grew up here in Perth, lots of sunshine and the beach, so it was great!
I was also lucky to do a bit of travelling as a teenager when my Dad was working in the US for awhile-we even went to Disneyland!!!!!!!!

It was great! Very supportive and encouraging family. We moved around quite a lot, which was tough at the time, but helps give a broader perspective on people and life in general.

Pretty good, being a middle child my parents wouldn’t interfere with my plans too much 🙂 Unless I had a Great Idea.
Like when I decided to be Batman one day and my parents just went ‘ok’, got me a mask and a cape and then continued making breakfast. And when , a couple of days later I decided I’d build a rocket, my dad just asked what supplies I needed and let me build my ‘rocket’. He even organised a launch made a contraption to hoist my rocket to make it ‘fly’.
Growing up on Aruba meant learning to dive at 13, but it also meant moving back to The Netherlands all by myself when I was 18. That’s when I learned not to wash colors and whites at the same time 🙂
