Well duh! How is it a competition if you’re cheating? We might as well get the lists of drugs everyone is taking and decide the match on who has the most effective drugs. Boring! At least that way people don’t get hurt.
What appears to have happened was not good, to put it mildly. The unknown risk to the playing group is the most appalling part of this. I can’t imagine what they were doing was ever really going to give them any sort of edge.
