There are some disorders where things have gone wrong in the part of your brain that controls movement, and then you can get uncontrollable movements. There are also certain cases where people get things like “alien hand” syndrome, where their hands move, and do things, without the person actually consciously controlling it!!

Yes, as Emma said there are diseases that people can develop that makes them lose control over their movements. Things like Parkinson’s disease and Motor Neuron disease which are really horrible and sad.
You can also lose control of your body if you have damage to your spinal cord or to the motor areas of your brain. And when you are unconscious or having a seizure, you can lose control as well.
