I think it’s entirely possible! We know so little about the rest of the universe, that not having found alien life yet, doesn’t mean that it doesn’t exist.
I think that there is probably life somewhere in the universe, but it’s possible that it might be things like plants, or really simple organisms instead of the aliens you see in sci-fi movies!
Yes I do! The chances are very high that somewhere out there in the universe, there is life. It may not be the same as what we have here on Earth, scientists are discovering that life can exist on Earth in places that we never thought possible, such as volcanic vents under the sea.
Although, whether it’s very exciting or whether we’d even perceive them as lifeforms is a different matter. Bacteria are very likely to be out there or viruses. Or something entirely different.
I guess you’d have to think about what you consider ‘life’, should it be comparable to what we have on earth? Or could it be anything? Should they look like little green men or Michael Jackson or can they just be a wisp of energy? All very interesting..
