Question: What causes snoring?

    Obstruction of the airways while sleeping.. some people snore only when they’re sick and their nose is all stuffed up. Other people only snore when they’ve had a lot to drink.

    I of course, never snore.

    When the airways get obstructed, snoring happens. My husband snores. A swift jab in the ribs to turn him over usually works 🙂
