Electrons move because of magnetic forces. They’re particles so they don’t die. They also don’t randomly appear, they can move from the outer shell of one atom to the next though.
All I know is that they drop from one energy field of an atom to another. And things like the synchotron can make them move at almost the speed of light, by using magnetic fields.
