Question: Why do adolecents tend to make not as good decisions as adults?

    Experience mostly I think!! Also when you’re a teenager you have a lot of hormones flowing around in your body, and that can affect how well your brain functions.

    Another reason is probably the frontal lobe, which is the last part of the brain to develop, and this doesn’t complete until you’re in your early to mid 20s. The frontal lobe is extremely important in decision making!!
