Question: What are differences between the male and female brain? Do transgender people have the same gender brain as their sex?

  1. This is an interesting question – there are some differences in the male and female brain, for example in the size of certain structures like the amygdala, which is the fear centre of the brain. There has been some research into gay people’s brains, and this has found that certain structures are different for them than the rest of their gender. However, it’s still quite contentious, and nobody can agree for sure. As for transgender, that’s really interesting, but I don’t know!!
