Question: what has cake got to do with science? and how is it releted to your studies?

    Good and critical question!

    It is occasionally said that baking is science for hungry people. There is a lot of chemistry that goes into the principles and concepts of baking.

    However, it’s not much to do with neuroscience. I put it up to show that scientists are people to, with their own little weird things.
