Question: can we over exercise?

    Over-exercise could mean that you have damaged a muscle, tendon or ligament, that is why stretching before and after exercise is so important.
    You could also exercise so hard that your body starts to overheat and you actually stop sweating. This is very dangerous and your brain can stop working from the heat.
    Exercise scientists say that you should always stop exercising when you start to feel pain, or if you start to feel dizzy or faint. You should try and train to build your fitness up slowly so you can gradually exercise more without hurting yourself.
