To try and figure out what astrocytes, a particular sort of brain cell are actually doing in brain injury and repair.
Astrocytes can pretty much do everything neurons can do (except propagate electrical signals) and more! I love them!

It’s been a lot of work to do this, but I am really happy with how it’s turned out, and I think it’s a really cool idea, that lots of people in my area are interested in!
